Interface Definition and Types

INTERFACES:-  Interface is one of the Pl/Sql program will be used to transfer the data from one place to another place. This will be either from Oracle Applications to Legacy System or Legacy to Oracle Applications. Interfaces are of 2 types. They were

1.      In Bond Interface

2.      Out Bond Interface

In Bond Interface:-  By using the SQL* Loader we will transfer the data from Legacy System (Legacy System means other soft wares like Mainframes, Sap, etc….) into Oracle Applications Base Tables.

Out Bond Interface:-           We transfer the data from Oracle Applications Base Tables to Legacy flat files by using UTL_FILE Package.
